First Aid, Fire and Safety Training is committed to delivering the highest standard of professional, fully accredited occupational health and safety (OHS) training across South Africa.
Our company is a well-established, accredited training provider, ensuring that every course meets rigorous industry standards and aligns with all relevant regulatory and training authority requirements.
Our Accreditations
Our training programmes are aligned to, and accredited through, the following statutory accreditation bodies:
- Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO)
Accredited to offer the three nationally recognised first aid skills programmes: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Emergency First Aid Responder; and the four health and safety skills programmes: Essential OHS Representative (Low Risk Work Area), Incident Investigation Team Member, Operational OHS Risk Assessor, and Evacuation Marshal. QCTO is the country’s primary quality assurance body for occupational health and safety training. - Department of Employment and Labour (DoEL)
We are approved to offer first aid training in line with the Occupational Health and Safety Act’s General Safety Regulations as outlined by the DoEL. - Ongoing Accreditation Development
We continuously strive to expand our accreditation portfolio through recognised industry bodies to enhance the quality and scope of our training.
In addition, First Aid, Fire and Safety Training has partnered with Absolute Health Services, who holds additional accreditations from the Resuscitation Council of Southern Africa (RCSA) and the Health and Welfare Sector Education and Training Authority (HWSETA) for numerous occupational health and safety courses.
